Chiara Bardini is a director in our tax practice
Chiara specialises in international tax matters, tax planning, investment funds structuring, transfer pricing and tax aspects of acquisitions and group restructurings. She advises multinationals and private equity funds in relation to their Luxembourg investments. Her practice includes family-owned businesses and HNWI.
She previously worked as an international tax adviser in Luxembourg and Milan. From 2012 to 2014 she was based in London. She also has research experience working within the IBFD Knowledge Centre, a leading authority on cross-border taxation, and teaches as a summer course lecturer at the International Tax Center in Leiden, the Netherlands and in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Chiara is the author of several articles and contributions on international and Luxembourg taxation. She is active with the Association Luxembourgeoise des Fonds d'Investissement (ALFI) and is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
Chiara is fluent in English, Italian and French.
