Brad Sandford

Brad specialises in domestic and cross-border financings, and has experience acting for lenders and borrower groups across a wide range of financing arrangements, including bilateral and syndicated financings and refinancings, with particular expertise in project finance and the real estate sector.

His clients include premier global financial institutions and Middle East headquartered banks in their capacity as arrangers, lenders, agents and security agents. Brad also advises sponsors and various borrower groups on complex multi-jurisdictional mandates. Brad also directs his clients on structuring and executing sharia compliant Islamic financing and on projects involving funding from export credit and multi-lateral agencies.
