Belinda Prior

Belinda is a litigator who specialises in general commercial and banking and finance litigation. Belinda has experience acting for and advising a broad range of clients including large financial institutions, professional services firms and large corporations in proceedings involving contractual disputes, claims pursuant to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law. Her experience also includes representing various clients in regulatory investigations and inquiries. Belinda has significant experience in the use of alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation.

Belinda has previously spent time on secondment within the litigation team of a large Australian financial institution.
