Barbara's highly regarded indirect tax practice is based on over 30 years' industry experience. Barbara's practice includes all areas of stamp duty, payroll and land tax, as well as GST, which she has advised on since its introduction in 2000.
Barbara advises on tax issues surrounding asset and business sales, financing, reorganisations, property investment and infrastructure projects. She is highly experienced advising on the implications of indirect tax legislation, including stamp duty, GST, payroll tax and land tax, across a broad range of transactions including business sales, financial transactions, property acquisitions and cross border dealings.
