Annie is an associate in our projects practice. She focuses on infrastructure, energy and transportation projects and transactions. Currently based in Los Angeles, Annie previously worked in Ashurst's London office where she advised funds, banks and corporate clients on a range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and other general corporate governance and commercial matters.
Annie is admitted to the California State Bar and qualified in England & Wales.
