Anna Geissler

Anna has experience in advising distressed companies, as well as creditors in connection with  restructurings, the preparation of orderly insolvency proceedings and in the course of insolvency proceedings. She further advises insolvency administrators on conducting insolvency proceedings and in connection with distressed M&A transactions. Anna further advises banks and international investors on NPL transactions and distressed investments.

Before joining Ashurst LLP, Anna worked for an international law firm in Munich in the area of restructuring and corporate recovery.
