Alex advises on complex and high-value procurement and construction projects for Government, with a particular focus on capital equipment, infrastructure, and services. Alex's experience spans a range of Australian state and federal government projects from construction, Defence materiel, services contracts, technology, and transportation. He is regularly involved in high-profile procurement projects for government agencies and offers strategic advice, develops acquisition strategies, prepares documentation for tenders, risk analysis and allocation, drafting and negotiating contracts, and contract management and administration.
Alex values developing strong working relationships with clients and meeting client needs. Having worked in-house in a Government agency, he possesses an understanding of the policy, political, and strategic context within which clients operate.
Alex is qualified in Australia (South Australian and High Court of Australia).
