Aimee Carroll-Hewitt is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Transactions practice. She is an experienced corporate lawyer who advises a range of corporate clients and investment banks on M&A and corporate finance transactions, with a particular focus on public company takeovers and advising listed companies on corporate governance matters. Aimee has also previously spent time on secondment to Credit Suisse International.
