Adele is a Counsel based in Melbourne working across Ashurst's global markets and global loans teams. Adele has over 15 years' experience across Australia, UK and Hong Kong acting on a broad range of financing transactions and advisory matters. Adele's areas of expertise includes securitisation, structured finance, real estate, corporate, acquisition and leveraged finance transactions, distressed debt and debt restructuring.
Adele has acted on a range of asset class securitisations and other structured finance transactions representing senior and mezzanine financiers, originators, arrangers, issuers and trustees. Adele also has experience in acting for corporate borrowers, sponsors and domestic and international bank and non-bank lenders on domestic and cross-border secured and unsecured lending transactions and debt restructuring.
Adele is a member of the Australian Securitisation Forum and APLMA.
