Success for Ashurst at PFI Awards

Ashurst was recognised for its work on the Pedemontana Veneta toll road, which was named Europe Transport Deal of the Year. A team led by partner Franco Vigliano advised Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta S.p.A. on a €1.57 billion project bond issue to finance the construction of the Pedemontana Veneta toll road.

The firm was also recognised for advising the Advance Energy consortium on the acquisition of Endeavour Energy, which was named Asia-Pacific M&A Deal of the Year. The Ashurst team was led by partners Murray Wheater and Bruce MacDonald.
