"I have the privilege of working with a fantastic group of people, and feel that this recognition is a reflection of the strength of both the firm's private equity offering and our client base."

In the last year significant mandates Sara has advised on include, the £870 million cash and share acquisition of CareTech, acting for the private equity backed bidding consortium in one of the most significant public to private deals over the last two years, and the £7.3 billion takeover of Wm Morrison Supermarkets, one of the most highly publicised, closely followed transactions of 2021.
