Ruth Harris named Real Estate Individual of the Year

A partner in the firm's real estate finance practice and managing partner of Ashurst's London office, Ruth specialises in real estate investment, development and structured lending across a wide range of asset classes including offices, retail, residential, hospitality, and industrial properties. Her team has considerable expertise acting for both lenders and real estate occupiers and investors across Europe on anything that has real estate at the heart of the transaction.
