Ramesh has been a lead member of the All at Ashurst multiculturism network and a founding member of the Race and Ethnicity Equality Group that specifically focusses on the promotion and retention of ethnically diverse talent, most recently leading a pilot client-facing reverse-mentoring programme, pairing clients with mentors at Ashurst. In addition, he is also co-chair of Noticed, an inter-law firm diversity network aimed at promoting networking, collaboration and thought leadership across the legal sector.
Ramesh recently completed the Pathway to Success political and civil leadership programme organised by Operation Black Vote and Magdalen College.
