Liane Muschter named Top Female Adviser for Real Estate

The judges commended Liane's 'great dedication' to her clients, describing her as a 'really powerful woman' in the industry who is recognised as an 'outstanding real estate lawyer'.
Specialising in real estate law, Liane advises national and international investors on real estate transactions, project developments and their financing. This also includes portfolio transactions, including pan-European portfolios and sale-and-lease-back structures. She has extensive expertise in advising regulated vehicles on real estate and investment law in connection with their direct and indirect real estate investments. Further, she specialises and is very experienced in supporting Asian investors within their inbound investments in Germany.
