Ashursts investment in global project finance continues with another partner hire

International law firm Ashurst today announces that Simon Moore will be joining as partner in the London team.

Simon joins from Simmons & Simmons where he has been a partner since 2016. Prior to that, he worked at global investment company, Mubadala, where he was general counsel of each of real estate & infrastructure and petroleum & major projects. Based in Abu Dhabi, he managed legal teams in the UAE and South East Asia.

Simon has extensive experience of advising on projects in the UK and Middle East in the infrastructure, oil & gas and renewable energy sectors. He has acted on a broad range of concession-based transactions for sponsors, contractors, funds, lenders and government in healthcare, education, student accommodation, transport, defence, renewables and energy. Simon advises on all forms of project documents, including joint ventures, shareholders agreements, concession, offtake, construction and outsourcing agreements.
