Ashurst strengthens German restructuring and special situations practice

    Global law firm Ashurst has promoted Karsten Raupach to partner in the restructuring and special situations practice group in Munich, with effect from 1 November 2020.

    Karsten specialises in domestic and international restructurings, with a focus on financial restructurings, and with broad experience in domestic and cross-border financing and out-of-court and in-court restructuring transactions.

His broad and cross-border expertise is invaluable and his appointment recognises the firm's commitment to growing our restructuring and special situations offering in Germany.
