Ashurst sponsors the Women in Rail Rising Stars Awards 2017

Women in Rail launched a survey in April to identify and celebrate the 20 Rising Stars of the UK rail industry 2017. The first of its kind, the survey was created to determine a shortlist of remarkable women who are in the early stages of their career in the railway but have already made an impact on their fellow men and women and are on track to become the leaders and inspirational women of tomorrow.

Over 120 women were nominated by their peers, with the final 20 winners announced in June this year. The drinks reception, which is being held at Ashurst's London office, will be an opportunity to meet the winners and nominees.
