Commenting on the nomination, partner and Spectrum strand champion Andrew Carter said: ''We are proud that Spectrum and the firm have been recognised for their ongoing commitment to LGBTI inclusiveness. It is a great achievement and we will continue to strive to make a positive difference for our staff and the wider LGBTI community."
