The firm's new London office is located in the iconic London Fruit & Wool Exchange, a historical London landmark, which has undergone significant redevelopment. The design sympathetically re-interprets the London Fruit & Wool Exchange through the use of similar materials, including brick and a light-coloured reconstituted stone.

The custom fit-out provides Ashurst with a more modern and flexible working environment to benefit its people and clients. Alongside updated IT infrastructure, the new premises feature a blend of cellular and open plan workspaces, specially designed seminar, meeting and video conferencing rooms, and collaborative break out and staff recreation areas

The building is a Grade A office space, designed and built to perform with the latest building technologies, incorporating architectural and technological initiatives designed to improve energy consumption and minimise environmental impact.

Ruth Harris, Ashurst's London office managing partner said:

"This is an exciting move for us and we look forward to welcoming our clients to the London Fruit & Wool Exchange.

The building and our enhanced technology provides us with an opportunity to re-invent how we work, facilitating improved well-being, agile working and collaboration as well as an enhanced service for our clients."
