Ashurst relocates Dubai office to ICD Brookfield Place

Located in the Dubai International Financial Centre, ICD Brookfield Place is the region's newest and most innovative premier lifestyle and business destination. Designed by world-renowned architects Foster + Partners, the 53-story development comprises 990,000 square feet of Grade A office space and 160,000 square feet of retail space. The building also benefits from over 140,000 square feet of green space, including a 31-metre-high summer garden with an award winning arts and events programme.
The LEED Platinum building has been designed and built to perform with the latest building technologies, incorporating architectural and technological initiatives designed to improve energy consumption and minimise environmental impact.
