Ashurst recognised as the Australia Trademark Contentious IP Firm of the Year by Managing IP

The awards are designed to commend the top intellectual property practices in the Asia Pacific, and are based on research by Managing Intellectual Property's IP Stars research team, written submissions, client feedback and peer review.

The firm was also a finalist in the Australia IP Transactions & Advisory Firm of the Year and the Australia Patent Contentious Firm of the Year award categories.

 

This follows Ashurst's Australian IP Practice receiving both an elite Band 1 category in the Chambers and Partners Asia Pacific 2018 rankings and a Tier 1 Ranking in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2018 rankings. 

The awards ceremony was held in Hong Kong on Wednesday, 21 March 2018.
