Ashurst recognised as Band 1 and 10 practice areas in Chambers and Partners Global 2021 rankings

    In Australia, the firm achieved Band 1 recognition in three practice areas, including Banking & Finance: Acquisition Finance, Banking & Finance: Corporate Finance, Banking & Finance: Property Finance (up from Band 2). 

    Across the Asia-Pacific region, Ashurst received Band 1 status in Capital Markets: Derivatives & Structured Finance (up from Band 2). In China the firm was Band 1 in Capital Markets: Derivatives & Structured Products (International Firms) and in India Ashurst was recognised for Projects & Energy (up from Band 2). The firm maintained its longstanding Band 1 ranking for General Business Law in Papua New Guinea.

    In Singapore the firm achieved Band 1 status for Energy & Natural Resources: International (up from Band 2) and in the UK, Ashurst was recognised in Band 1 for Energy & Natural Resources: Oil & Gas and Energy Sector (International & Cross-Border).
