Ashurst further bolsters corporate team with PE partner appointment

Ben is a highly experienced mergers and acquisitions practitioner joining the firm from Herbert Smith Freehills. His practice focuses on private equity transactions. His expertise spans all aspects on the life cycle of private equity, including private and public M&A, shareholder arrangements, management incentive plans and W+I insurance in both Australia and Asia. He also specialises in private investments and capital raisings.
