Ashurst announces that Ben Tidswell has been elected chairman for a second term, with effect from 1 November 2018 for a term of four years.

Ben Tidswell joined Ashurst in 1993 and has been a partner in the London-based dispute resolution team since 2000, specialising in complex commercial litigation. He was a member and Chair of the New Partners Committee from 2004 to 2007 and was appointed Board member of Ashurst LLP in 2007 and chairman of Ashurst in 2013. He has particular expertise in finance disputes and has regularly acted for major financial institutions. Ben also specialises in antitrust litigation and telecommunications and media disputes.
