Ashurst boosts intellectual property offering with new partner hire

    Nina's particular area of focus is patent litigation but she has also acted in a range of intellectual property law matters including in the trade mark, copyright, designs and confidential information areas. Nina joins from Deacons in Hong Kong where she has been since 2015. Prior to joining Deacons, Nina spent eight years with Herbert Smith Freehills in Australia and then Hong Kong where she also focussed on patent litigation.

    This appointment follows on from the appointment of IP partner David Wilkinson in Ashurst's London team and the promotion of Stuart D'Aloisio as partner in the Melbourne IP practice.
