Following the recent announcement that Nick Elverston and Amanda Hale will be joining our global TMT team from Herbert Smith Freehills, this is a yet another step towards further developing our footprint in the digital economy. We are delighted to welcome David to the team and we are confident that he will make a significant contribution to the firm."

    David Futter added:

"I'm very excited to be joining the team and helping to further develop Ashurst's market-leading financial services and technology business in what is a key area for the firm's global practice.
