Ashurst appoints new partner Emma de Carle in Sydney Global Loans team

Emma is a specialist in leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate finance and asset based lending with an extensive network of longstanding relationships across private equity sponsors, corporates, domestic and international investment banks and credit funds. 

A former partner at Herbert Smith Freehills with over 20 years' experience, Emma has been named as a leading individual in banking and finance and leveraged finance in major legal directories, including the Asia Pacific Legal 500, Chambers Asia-Pacific and Best Lawyers.
