Ashurst today announces that Angela Pearson has been elected to the Board for a term of three years, commencing 31 January.
Angela is a dispute resolution partner in the London office. She joined Ashurst in 1993 and became a partner in 2006. She has previously served on Ashurst LLP's Remuneration Committee.

The appointment follows Simon Beddow standing down from the from the Board to assume the role of divisional co-head of Corporate.
The Board comprises Chairman Ben Tidswell, Vice Chairman Mary Padbury, Managing Partner James Collis, CFO Brian Dunlop, partners Peter Armitage, Cristina Calvo, Roger Davies, Reinhard Eyring, Robert Ogilvy Watson, Mark Vickers, Ian Williams and Independent Board Members Robert Gillespie and David Turner.
