Ashurst advising UBS AG, acting financial adviser to The Wellcome Trust, in connection with the £506 million cash offer for Urban&Civic plc. 

The offer will be made by The Wellcome Trust Limited, as trustee of The Wellcome Trust, the independent global charitable foundation, and values the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Urban&Civic plc at approximately £506 million.  

Urban&Civic plc is a leading master developer of large-scale strategic sites for housebuilders.

UBS AG is acting as financial adviser to The Wellcome Trust in relation to the offer.
