Ashurst-advises-the-Mayor-of-London-on-sites-of-strategic-importance-for-London

    Ashurst planners Trevor Goode (partner), Charlie Reid (senior associate) and Tom Rowberry (associate) are instructed to act for the Mayor of London in respect of section 106 agreement that would be required in the event that planning permission is granted for Ballymore/Hammerson's proposals for the Bishopsgate Goods Yard site in east London. The strategic brownfield site straddles the administrative boundaries of the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Hackney and was recovered by the Mayor of London in September 2015 following a direction that he was to be the local planning authority.
