Ashurst advises Polo Managing Agency on its third-party management service arrangements of Wakam’s Syndicate 1347

As a third-party Managing Agent at Lloyd's, PMA will be managing the syndicate, with Polo Commercial Insurance Services providing operational support.

Wakam is a European B2B2C insurer, that creates white-label bespoke insurance solutions for more than 150 distribution partners and over 8 million policyholders, via its advanced technology platform. The syndicate was launched with the strategic guidance of PMA under Lloyd's Syndicate in a Box initiative and will operate on the Lloyd's platform.
