Ashurst advises Lightsource bp on acquisition of three PV projects in Italy

The three projects comprise a PV project in Foggia Municipality for a capacity of 57.4 MW, a PV project in Canicattì Municipality for a capacity of 40.9 MW and a PV project in Torre Di Mastro for a capacity of 58.2 MW).

The Ashurst team was led by partner Carloandrea Meacci and counsel Annamaria Pinzuti, assisted by associates Fabrizio Bergo and Federico Piccione. Partner Elena Giuffrè advised on the administrative law aspects, assisted by associate Gianluca Di Stefano.
