BROWSE ABOUT USAshurst advised Karin Sartorius-Herbst in connection with the increase of her shares in the community of heirs to Horst Walter Sartorius from other members of the Sartorius family. Karin Sartorius-Herbst is the eldest daughter of testator Horst Walter Sartorius and a member of the Sartorius community of heirs since it has been established in 1998. In total, the community of heirs owns 50.09% of the ordinary shares of Sartorius AG.
In addition to comprehensive corporate law advice on the purchase of shares, Ashurst advised on the financing of the acquisition.
