BROWSE ABOUT USAshurst advised a European infrastructure debt fund ("Debt Fund"), as well as Lucid Agency and Trustee Services Limited ("Lucid"), acting as agent, on the acquisition and funding of four onshore wind farms in Sweden, the Netherlands and Germany. Connected Infrastructure Capital GmbH acted as sponsor.
The hold-co financing is provided for the acquisition and funding of construction costs of in total up to €57 million of four SPVs holding two operational, one in construction and one ready to build onshore wind farms as well as one prototype test location.
Ashurst's interdisciplinary projects team regularly advised on complex infrastructure projects. The team has recently advised Telxius Telecom on its €1.5 billion agreement with Telefónica Deutschland Holding AG (Telefónica), which will see Telxius acquire around 10,000 phone mast sites and includes a commitment to build 2,400 new sites
