Global law firm Ashurst has advised the German bank Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (Pbb), acting as Facility Agent, Security Agent, Arranger and Original Lender, on the financing of the acquisition by Argan SA of two logistics platforms in France, located in the Meurthe et Moselle and Loiret regions, with a surface area of 43,000 sqm and 84,000 sqm respectively.
