NCR is a global enterprise technology provider for the financial, retail and hospitality industries. The agreement was announced on 25 January 2021 and has been approved by the Boards of Directors of both companies.
Cardtronics, which is listed on NASDAQ, is the world's largest non-bank ATM operator and a key supplier of ATMs and related solutions to national and regional retailers throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Ireland, Spain, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. The Cardtronics Allpoint Network is the world's largest retail based surcharge-free ATM network, with over 55,000 locations.
