Brighte is a significant technology enabled FinTech company that provides on-the-spot online finance for home energy improvements such as solar panels and home batteries.
The Series B fundraising will fund the next phase of growth for Brighte and follows closely from the recent A$20 million debt facility where Ashurst also advised Brighte.
The Series B round comprises of a who's who of Australian investors including:
- AirTree Ventures, one of Australia's leading venture capital funds
- Grok Ventures, the private investment vehicle of Atlassian co-founder Mike Cannon-Brookes
- Skip Enterprises, the private investment vehicle of Kim Jackson and Atlassian co-founder Scott Farquhar
- RH Investments, the Milgrom family's private investment company
