Ashurst advises Axiom on acquisition of stake in Joblogic

Joblogic Limited is a leading provider of field service management solutions to businesses, offering software designed to streamline workflows, improve customer service and increase profitability for businesses in the service and maintenance industry by assisting with job scheduling, asset management, CRM, live tracking, quotations and business intelligence. Axiom's investment will provide Joblogic Limited with additional resources to support its product innovation and expansion.
