Ashurst advises 1&1 on the conclusion of a contract for the acquisition of up to 7,500 new antenna locations

1&1 Towers GmbH, an indirect 100 % subsidiary of 1&1 AG, has signed a contract with Eubanet GmbH, a well-established consulting and service company in the telecommunications sector, for the acquisition of up to 7,500 new 5G antenna locations. The contract is another milestone for the rollout of the fourth German mobile network.

Ashurst has been advising 1&1 comprehensively on the rollout of its passive infrastructure. The Ashurst team was led by partner Dr Stephan Hennrich.
