Ashurst advised US based private capital specialist Victory Park on US$100 million financing for Kredivo – one of Indonesia's leading digital credit platform 

The deal is Victory Park's debut transaction in Southeast Asia. It is also Kredivo's largest deal in its history with a credit provider and is one of the largest ever credit lines secured by any digital credit platform in the region.

The transaction represents a major milestone and breakthrough for the development of digital credit ecosystem in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, which has traditionally relied heavily on unsecured peer-to-peer lending models.
