The projects to receive awards on which Ashurst advised include:
- ADNOC gas pipelines Galaxy project, which was named Middle East Infrastructure Deal of the Year. A team led by partner Stuart James advised ADNOC on one of the largest global energy infrastructure transactions which will see a consortium of investors invest in select ADNOC gas pipeline assets valued at US$20.7 billion.
- A465 road project, which was named Europe PPP Deal of the Year. Partners Terry Van Poortvliet and Paddy Boyle led the team advising the Future Valleys Consortium, comprising FCC and Meridiam, on all aspects of the A465 Heads of the Valleys – Section 5 & 6 project.
- Murra Warra Stage II, which was named Australian Green Deal of the Year. A team led by partner Chris Redden advised a syndicate of lenders and hedge providers on the project financing of the 209 MW Murra Warra Wind Farm (Stage II) in Victoria.
- Fécamp, which was named European Green Deal of the Year. Partners Vincent Trevisani, Mark Barges, Jacques Dabreteau and Hortense de Roux led the team advising wpd on the development and financing of a 500 MW offshore wind farm off the coast of Fécamp.
