The transfer of the first batch of offsite ATMs (ATMs not co-located with an ANZ branch) to Armaguard is expected to occur in 2021. In connection with the sale, Armaguard has agreed to provide various ATM services to ANZ customers. The disposal of the ATMs is aligned with ANZ's broader strategy to simplify the business.
