In its judgment of 23 May 2017, the Paris Court of appeal ("Court") cut the total fines imposed on a number of dairy cartelist by the French Competition Authority ("FCA") from €192.7 million to €131.95 million, while stating that the FCA infringed the parties' rights of defence.
