In terms of global outlook, central banks around the world are raising interest rates in an effort to curb high rates of inflation and, as public markets begin to correct, we are now seeing this filter though to private markets and in the nature of the work that is currently keeping us busy. We are increasingly observing a flight to quality assets by investors and riskier deals being put on hold or becoming subject to much greater scrutiny.

COP27 also reiterated the market focus on ESG related matters as well as the opportunities that are arising from it and we are continuing to intensively engage with our clients on those issues.
