Our Training Programme offers you the opportunity to join an international law firm, and from day one, collaboratively work on market-leading, multijurisdictional matters.
Our 24-month programme allows law students, who have recently graduated, the opportunity to complete their 12 month Practice Training Contract (PTC) with ADTLaw, which includes rotations through at least two different legal practice groups. Once you complete your PTC and are admitted to the Singapore Bar, you will be considered for an opportunity to complete a 12-month Ashurst Training Programme that consists of two further rotations.
The rotations are a key part of our programme aimed to help you gain a more holistic view of the profession, a breadth of training, and work out what area of law you want to focus on long-term. Once you've completed the PTC and Ashurst Training Programme, you may be able to settle in one of our practice groups to continue your career.
