We provide in-depth training on a weekly basis with our Expertise lawyers to help you gain confidence and improve your technical, written and verbal skills.

The recruitment process

You will be required to submit a short application including uploading your CV, most recent academic transcripts and a short cover letter to give us an understanding of who you are and why you're interested in our role.

You are welcome to write your application in either English or Spanish.

Once you have applied you will be emailed a link to complete our online aptitude assessment. Our assessment Cognify requires you to complete a series of online games measuring your problem solving and analytical skills. The assessment takes around 30 minutes to complete.

You will meet face-to-face with members of our People & Culture team for a conversational interview that is designed to assess your personal and technical skills. It’s also an opportunity for you to find out more about us, so please come prepared with your questions.

Following your face-to-face interview you will be required to complete a written English language assessment. You'll be given a generalised, non-legal topic or question and will need to write a short essay to assess your English comprehension, analysis and writing skills.
