Ashurst has provided me with an opportunity to work with some of the brightest people, and to be able to immerse myself in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The firm places importance on supporting and developing their people and encourages its people to be innovative, collaborative and flexible in their approach to work. Our firm also places significance on Diversity and Inclusion as well as Corporate Responsibility. These are areas that I am truly passionate about and am thrilled to be aligned taking steps to affect change.

At Ashurst, we are encouraged to think outside the box, collaborate with our colleagues whilst being consultative. The firm trusts me to do my job well and I know that this wouldn’t be possible without the supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

The global reach is one of my favourite aspects of my role. I find that I am inspired, motivated and constantly learning from my colleagues, and despite some challenging time differences, we manage to collaborate and work together effectively to achieve the best possible outcomes for the firm.

I am very proud to be involved with our Well-being Officer programme that has recently launched at Ashurst, a programme designed to support those experiencing mental health concerns. I am very proud of the active approach that our firm takes to well-being and it is wonderful to be involved in the ongoing development of this programme.
