Recruitment Process

    You’ll need to complete your application and upload your CV on to our recruitment portal. We will contact you to update the status of your application – or you can check it yourself by logging into your account.

  • The selection process

    Our selection process may vary according to the level and role, but we will always advise you at the outset if you’ve been shortlisted for a role. Remember, the process is as much for us to find the perfect candidate as it is for you to determine whether Ashurst is right for you – so come armed with questions when you meet us.

    If we make you an offer, you do not need to accept straightaway. We want you to be sure that Ashurst is the right choice for you. Come in for another visit and meet our people. During our discussions, we’ll inform you of our comprehensive benefits package and talk you through the various elements of it. If the role appeals to you, we’ll be happy to welcome you to our team.

  • After you have accepted

    Once you’ve accepted our offer, we’ll liaise with you to agree a start date on one of our induction days. After we complete all the necessary pre-joining checks, you’ll receive a link to an interactive joiner portal, which will allow you to find out more about our firm and what to expect when you start your role.
