Parallel reinvestieren die bisherigen Eigentümer als Minderheitsgesellschafter in das Unternehmen. Bei ihnen handelt es sich um Fonds, die von der Pinova Capital GmbH beraten werden, sowie um das Management-Team von xSuite.
