BROWSE ABOUT USAshurst hat HIH Invest Real Estate (HIH Invest) beim Erwerb eines Büroprojekts im Münchner Westend vom Projektentwickler Metropolian R1 beraten. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.
Die Projektentwicklung in der Rüdesheimer Straße 1/Ecke Tübinger Straße soll nach Fertigstellung über 7.239 m² Mietfläche verfügen. Das Multi-Tenant-Objekt ist bereits vollständig vorvermietet mit BNP Paribas Consors Finanz als Hauptmieter. Die Fertigstellung ist für das vierte Quartal 2022 avisiert. Für den Neubau wird eine BREEAM Exzellent Zertifizierung angestrebt. Das Westend ist ein Entwicklungs-Hotspot in unmittelbarer Nähe der Münchner Innenstadt. In direkter Umgebung des verkehrsgünstig gelegenen Standorts entstehen mehrere weitere Büroneubauten.
Das Ashurst-Team beriet unter Federführung von Partnerin Dr. Liane Muschter.
